General Philosophy of Instruction:

The voice class is designed for pastors and church leaders how to sing and or verbally communicate effectively. It is the believe of the instructor that the worship service is for the worshippers to be lead to worship God together. Under pastoral leadership, they sing praises, they pray, they confess to God and to each other, they each come into the presence of God and offer their bodies as living sacrifices to Him. The pastor and worship leader's (including every body who has a role on the podium or pulpit, whether they are song leaders, MC's, or presiders, choir members, and all musicians) are called to be shepherds whose primary duty is to provoke the church body to worship personally and corporately. If the congregation is not actively worshipping God, the pastoral leaders had failed. Therefore, it is utmost important that the pastor - chief shepherd teach worship first. The rest of the leadership in the pulpit cooperate with the pastor to enhance his leadership as assistants and workers helping to deliver the message of that day which is developed by the pastor, delivered mainly through the message. If the congregation is actively involved in worshipping God, and be fully prepared to receive the message from God through the pastor, (instead of criticizing the leaders or be inactive and complacent) the pastor's job is well done.
